Staffing status: NA, LO is abandoned, and falling apart, it may be restored and placed in the rental program

Access: this LO sits in the same section as a major highway, it is around 5-10 miles off the pavement, a gate is present about a mile from the LO, and will probably be closed, no signs are present, the one at the site is gone
Road conditions: the road to the gate is graveled, a little bumpy in places, but not too bad
Interior: probably in poor shape, the interior of the garage which was used for living quarters is rather bad, the roof has a hole in it, and water is coming in
Other structures on summit: a garage which was converted to living quarters, a solar powered RAWS also sits near the tower, click here to see the weather conditions on Mount Stella
Electrical power source: none, some wiring was installed in the garage at one time
Other: the outhouse is presently in better condition than the tower, the phone line can be found above the road leading to the station, all of the stair treads have been removed, the view from the ground is not much, some of the view is available on the road
