Access: a gate is present right off the main road, but it is reportedly only closed on the 4th of July, access is via private property, a keep out sign is posted at the gate, no signs are present, the LO is about a half mile from the gate
Road conditions: the road is graveled, and in good condition
Interior: the cab contains lighting, a stove, refrigerator, and possibly a heater powered by electricity, a bed and table are also present, the bottom two stories are used for storage
Other structures on summit: none
Electrical power source: the tower has grid power
Other: this LO is a rather different one due to its location, it sits right in the middle of a neighborhood on a small butte, it is not too much higher than the surrounding area, still it has a nice view with Jefferson in the distance, and forest and wild land all around
